3 day ride with on road superviser

Is it the norm for the on road sup to be so hard on these new potential FT drivers during there 3 day training period? We have a new sup and this guy is like a drill sergent. It was my second day so far in training and hes pretty gangsta

Work by the methods and always, always stay on walkways. Never cut across yards or though landscaping. Park 1 to 2 cars lengths away from driveways

Maybe he sees something in you. Fret naught though, it is much better to only feel stupid than be stupid. Good luck in your 30 days!

Why should he, it's not peak. Things run differently now and you are the one trying to qualify, not the supe.

If you did so good during peak, what are you remotely worried about? If you're good and they want you to succeed you will.
