30 day probation period and the union

They can't fire you for any reason they want again. Unless you commit a cardinal offense, you'll still have a job at UPS even if they don't like you as a driver.

I figured that. I aint been paying much as a preloader. It been like 5 dollars a pay period.

In our area you work your primary shift and then suit up and drive a certain area they have for peak, rinse and repeat.

If you screw up as a driver you will go back to the preload.

When Peak is over you will go back to the preload.

Not in the Southern.
Your dues are based off your inside rate not your TCD rate.
