30 days Qualifying

Wanted to know what factors would instantly qualify you as a full time driver before your 30 days were completed? Is there any contract rules management must follow that if broken qualifies the driver in training from instantly becoming eligible for full time status? Thanks everyone!!!

It used to be that you had to stay on the same route for the whole 30 days but from what I have read here that doesn't seem to apply anymore.

NO 30 days means 30 days not 20 if you kiss ass. The only factors you need to worry about are the ones that can get you disqualify before your 30 days is up. There are alot of them so for your first 30 days toe the line.
