717 on an 850 scale or 900 scale? There are two different credit scales now. Only used to be 850. Youre not going to get the best rate possible with 717. You need high 700s for that. You’ll still be fine to qualify but 717 is not a mint score. 717 believe it or not is only considered good. It goes excellent, very good, good.
