You'll top out at year 4, then get the $1 contractual increase like everyone else on year 5. What you are missing is that you will make a lot more during your progression than drivers hired 4 years ago. Based on 40 hrs/week and adjusting for inflation, under the new progression rates drivers hired now will make $20k more in their progression than drivers hired 4 years ago. With ot it could be $30k or more. If they need to move money around, they can take it from the new drivers.
