The company gets rid of jobs purposely by taking their work away. They are already shifting car cleaning duties to drivers that we have no time for nor can we even do. There’s absolutely no way to clean out the inside of a truck when it’s full of packages when we get there and when we leave at night. That way they can move those jobs elsewhere. If the car wash is not allowed to wash cars eventually there will be less car washer. Article 18 section 1  of the national master says we should not be forced to take out vehicles that are not maintained clean and safe to operate.</p></blockquote><p></p>
