Here are a couple of things that might affect the 930am leave building time. Pick which ever one you think works for you.....

1) Most stores are closed or limiting hours
2) Some people are making more money on unemployment vs actually working = disposable income
3) Stimulus checks to a lot of people who are still working and now have extra money = buy more stuff
4) Pretty much order anything online....a lot of retailers offering huge discounts online...
5) Stuck at home 16 hours a day...
6) More packages to residential area's vs business..

Say what you want, we only have so many people and so much equipment to make it all happen.

UPS should create splits that handle business deliveries and pickups and allow the bid routes to juggle the resis. I'm not saying that would decrease volume but will help with fatigue.

Ummmmmmmmmm, you mean the other way around? More resi split routes, let the bid drivers, who know the buisinesses and owners/workers deal with the new day-to-day?
