I can't believe no one has mentioned milking out the 70 when it gets slow. In feeders we are allowed to max our hours if contractors are being used. Package is going to catch up in most places, when it slows down buildings using PVD drivers or whatever they are called should demand workwhen there isn't any, isn't a PVD a fancy way of saying contractor for delivery?
