My point is the longer you are at UPS your view of OT changes. The first year UPS rolled out the exessive OT we had 16 guys on comp. We only had days over 9.5 during peak. Then it went to every day all year long Longer days mean more injuries. The older you get the more things hurt. Less OT is better for everyone in the long run. Plus I would rather see my kids than the inside of my truck most of the time. </p><p></p><p> Do I hope the few people who really need the OT find a way to get some sure.
