They will be Tuesday through Saturday, or Wednesday through Sunday. The intent sheets here have been purposely vague, and they have had to repost them three times because the steward have protested them

Just read that as well. I know our center seems to have daily 9.5 grievances. This is going to get interesting.

In a nutshell, is it the companies position that going over 9.5 3 times once in a while is perfectly acceptable?
It should be automatic if you are on the list.
