Why isn't there 9.5 penalty pay in the central states region. I could have used it this week.
It's in your new TA. But you won't see it soon due to the contract being held hostage by the supplements for a reason not in the supplements.
If the contract is retroactive, would retroactive penalty pay be awarded for grievences filed now, once the supplements are worked out? This is assuming the supplement retains the language change for penalty pay for 9.5? Sorry...that is worded as clear as mud...File now and recieve a retro 9.5 penalty check later???
As of now it's 48 bucks an hour.
Only your time on the clock based upon the raise will be retro. We will be under the current contract of all other ruling. I hear what your saying, I wish that were the case, but unfortunately no.
