Called a Free Market Flash Mob.

Might be interesting to watch for the next 8 months. I do like the no permits and spontaneous market place idea in by passing the central planning and entry barrier regime of the state. If the big boys can use the public commons (tax dollars) to benefit private economic activity, the use of the commons (public lands) by the people seems an equal privilege to me!
