Could create more full time jobs at UPS....and thus create more teamster members contributing to the pension.....thus solidifying a stronger pension when i retire in 5yrs

Unionizing Fed ex is very important to any UPSer......they will demand higher wages and better benefits through the Union.....thus Fed x must raise there shipping rates and get close or higher than UPS's creating more volume for UPS and More Full time jobs!!!

It's a start bb and you know it. All major organizing campaigns have to start somewhere and the teamsters are now squeezing through the crack in the door. With each successful vote for freight that crack gets bigger and eventually will lead to organizing EXPRESS down the road. Make no mistake, this is huge!

Just curious if anyone has any info on freight's current healthcare benefits package ( lack of I'm sure). Is it the same crap package we at express have. If so probably the #1 driving factor in pushing people to vote yes. Congrats Philly I'm so proud that someone has finally stood up to fedex

The organizing of Express has stalled because of the RLA and you know it. What happens at Express doesn't change anything.
