Honestly, dude, if you've been waiting this long, maybe it's time to take the hint... if you do receive a panel interview, I'd expect the problems you've previously had (you've reported attendance & possible thievery IIRC) to be grilled.

We're not allowed to say "man up" any more, it's an insensitive, gender-biased term designed to subjugate, humiliate, and enslave women. Why not say "Try harder" instead?
