The original statement by UPS "The amount of packages exceeded our capacity" stands. Sure they could have planned better or warned big shippers of possible problems. Over the next year we will see how all of this shakes out for everyone.,

I know how it will play our for drivers, more trips cut, more pressure to do the impossible. More stops per car and more pressure on the "least best".
