I'm a full time seniority package driver for 2 years now. 2 more years until top rate. Thinking about going into part time air driving if something opens up. My question is will I have to go through the 2 year air driver pay progression if I go this route?

In two years you will be making around 100k.

Do it for a few years. At least get your five years in and have a little pension money later on in life.
