Come on ups and you piece of garbage lying corrupt Hoffa Teamsters. Amazon leads and we follow yet again. $15 an hour and catch up raises for all UPS part-timers.

Hey should I take a seasonal job at Amazon for $15/hr or should I take one at UPS for $13 minus Union Dues and initiation fees?

Plus health insurance from day one and two weeks vacation in year two.

Think of what those employees would be making if the Teamster's represented them...

    Of course not.

Teamsters have negotiated $15.50 for 2022. That's higher than the $15 Amazon is gonna pay right now.

    Gotta play the long game.

$15 starting wage is a no brainer. Wouldn't even consider it a concession.

  11. If you are going to just work seasonal, Amazon. Long term, UPS

Many places that have Amazon distribution centers, UPS is hiring off the street for Package and Feeders. Even if someone would take the $13 to start PT at UPS, how many opportunities would there be for that same person to be making $34/hr or $40/hr in 5 years at Amazon??

  13. None, unless you are in some kind of skilled specialty or management
