When I interviewed, the boss told me there had been 60 percent turnover(!) in the company's first 3 months at this station. Every week several people quit or get sacked. Every week, several new faces. They want a staff of 65-70 for 30 routes/day but it's been hovering between 40-45 and they're forced to drop routes on the daily. If I thought there was any traction, I might stick around and try to help my coworkers get organized ... but it's a lost cause, so gonna try and get a foot in the door at the nearby UPS center.</blockquote>
