I don't think we the public will ever know who actually did the gassing. Could be Assad, could be the rebels, could be the Russians. They all have motive.

Maybe Trump’s sending a few cruise missiles today or asking the Israelis to do so. Just in case Bolton might otherwise come in tomorrow and suggest stronger action. Daddy Vlad wouldn’t like that. So Trump’s blowing his little load now.
