IBT could be some legal issues if they do honor the ratification and not change anything because it is all over what UPS said about revisiting with Hoffa&Co. after the announcement which "should" null and void the "...final offer...." portion of the article in the constitution that Taylor sites as justification for ratifying the national.

agreed on big balls...like you said a large local to file a class action lawsuit for all members to fall under. Which could force a sudden resignation....but just a thought on the internet for the world to see....maybe someone with a pair of jupiters!
