Basically white people enjoy cheap crap from China because evil corporations find ways to push the costs onto mostly brown people. His solution was for the government to force corporations to build the costs into their products so the terrible things capitalism is doing to brown people can be taken care of. Man, how nice of him to imply brown people are too dumb to negotiate good deals with whitey, and it will take a mighty whitey to intervene on brown people's behalf to fix their mistakes and get their lives back to the way mighty whitey believes they should be.
