Another pay rate question (sorry)

So I was hired in September of 2009 and I do have the extra dollar for pickoff pay. I currently make 12.99 and I recieved the 99 cent raise AFTER August 1st, so during the contract dispute. Will I still get the 70 cent raise to make my pay rate 13.69 when this is settled?

New contract says you will be paid a minimum of 13.50 for seniority plus 4 years

No one knows for sure, but the above post is what I think is most likely to happen.
