Not a standard, but told "averaging out" coming in with a 2.49% raise...but UPS has given out millions to Ukraine and small and/or diverse businesses. They just hate their own people who make them profitable!

management raises will be in line with current inflation....so it will be a wash for most people meaning no raise.....if you dont get with inflation wit will be a pay cut for you

What would be nice would be if U.P.S. had a checkbook like the President and just kept giving it out to everyone. Our children's children's children's will be paying for this a long time. U.P.S. has it, spend it!
