The same driver later that day ran over the guys dog. He left a note and kept moving.

The majority of BC members want to believe that the driver is innocent and gave a "hubsnake" to a customer on a dock to throw away. One of our members who I believe works in that Center posted that management has a lot of problems with that particular person. It would be stupid if a driver did make a noose and try to intimidate somebody, we don't need people like that.

If the driver was trying to intimidate the customer (maybe he was)..call the building and complain or go to the police if necessary. Why go to the local news??

I know in the past I have tied those things up so I don't trip over them, and sometimes one end can resemble a noose. I am finding it harder and harder to joke with customers that even throw jokes my way, because I am afraid of someone saying he or she was offended. So, I basically keep it pure business all day.
