Applying package permanent full time driver.

Hi guys, i work UPS for 12 years part time, and i want to update my job to apply for a permanent full time driver, my question is, in June 2014 last year i have an car accident but its not my fault, can i still apply for a full time driver without trouble in HR? i have no single violation ticket for driving almost 5 years, pls help thanks.

Sir you mean i can apply for the ups package delivery driver without problem to the HR? the car accident is not my fault and the police didn't give me violation ticket for the accident.
