Maybe operations is different but for every business I've worked for employee morale is prime. That goes against economic theory and interactions I've had with Controllers, Staff Accountants and the like. I guess I have some learning to do but I can't understand how treating anyone in the building like a slave, half-wit, whatever you want to call them is helping productivity. What award do I win for taking years to get a promotion? Is there something I don't know, where PT sups never get FT positions? Every FT sup position on UPSers requires 1 year of supervisory exp that I've read.</blockquote>
