You will be written up for not putting an hour lunch in your board and paid 1 hour of overtime.

Unless they authorize you to put 10 min in for lunch....in which case you take the whole thing regardless.

Here, the first 10 mins put in is paid break the rest of the time is unpaid up to an hour. they want you to take at least 26 mins. They only deduct what you enter in your DIAD, and if you enter in less than the 26mins, they search your records for time you should of put in.

Lunch is all over the board. Breaks also vary. Breaks are paid time, lunch is unpaid time.
In my local, most full timers get 1 10 minute break, combo gets 2.

Tldr: ask your steward

Fulltime drivers ARE paid for lunch.......if they are runner and gunner bonus babies. They eat while driving/delivering during the time they recorded their lunch and then are paid back for that hour in bonus.
