If your start time is 9:05 and you punch out at 6:05 would that be considered 1 hour of overtime?

Did you punch out for lunch?
If you did, it is 8 hours worked. No overtime.
If you didn't punch out for lunch.
You will be written up for not putting an hour lunch in your board and paid 1 hour of overtime.
We have state labor laws that tell us when to take breaks
Same here.We have to take a mandatory 30 minute lunch. None of this 1 hour hoo haw.
No way? We get 2 15 minute breaks and another 10 minute break after 10 hours. Crazy.Same here.

We also get 2 10 min paid breaks.
