That’s Craptacular
I was answering another person's question if you were reading. The raise annual then thats what it is.

I was also reading your post below....hence my question....how many months do you feel you should work at a job before you get an increase in pay?
Loaders definitely deserve more pay. We have to load while watching for bad packages, make sure the walls are good and have to load irregs. But that's not happening

No it shouldn't. And this is coming from a guy making 11
I'm a driver and I still think preloaders should make AT LEAST $15 an hour even if that means drivers end up making less. Preload is tough and they deserve to make more for what they have to do, especially when they're only getting around 20 hours a week.

It's a $15 an hour job, $10-11 is a disgrace.
The job used to pay $.50/hr. less then a driver's pay rate and was much easier then it is today. And some drivers say the young people today are lazy, I say they are smarter not to put up with this crap for crap pay. And then the Union wants $200 to $500 initiation fee just for the right to work a crappy job with crappy pay.
