However, Mexico wants their people to come here, work and send American dollars home. There has been many attempts in the last thirty years to co-operate with Mexico, so far they have only wanted us to ply them with monetary aide with nothing in return but more Mexicans crossing the boarder illegally.</strong></em></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Comic Sans MS'"><span style="color: Sienna"><em><strong></strong></em></span></span></p><p> <span style="font-family: 'Comic Sans MS'"><span style="color: Sienna"><em><strong>Building refineries in Mexico ? That's just what we need, another foreign country to be dependent on for our fuel. No thanks. Now, if Mexico built a refinery and we bought fuel from them, that's one thing.
