Army Bases being renamed: woke edition

now i hate the confederacy and everything it stood for more than 99% of the right, and i'd have never named my bases after traitors in the first place

that said, tradition is everything to the military, so if you're going to rename something it needs to be for a great reason and to an even better name (MoH recipient, distinguished General of a combat unit in a war, etc.)
