Simple, someone scanned the trailer again. Someone must have scanned the wrong trailer as departure and when they realized it they rescanned it as arival again. Those scans are generated by a sup scanning the barcode on the trailer when it arives or departs a building, which then attaches that to all the packages in that trailer.
