On one occasion, I lost a grievance over a seniority issue. I had a meeting with our local President. He agreed the BA had not done his job. He was willing to file charges against him. I didn't like anyone to lose their jobs, so we brought the BA into the meeting and discussed the issue. He agreed to resolve it. I did not even have to go to a meeting with the company and it was resolved correctly. After that, the BA did not try to screw over any of my grievances. But, after I retired, another employee caught him in some serious dishonesty. He was forced to resign.</p></blockquote><p></p>
