Benefit questions

Okay, so I've been with UPS for about 16 months now and I just recently gained my benefits and they never seemed to show up in the mail. I've already spoken to my HR and she didn't seem to be able to help me much as she's a new employee there. So my question is, who should I speak to about getting my benefits remailed to me? First time poster, so if this is not under the correct topic, feel free to move it or let me know and I can repost in the correct topic. Thanks everybody

Have you ever tried to call TeamCare to "find something out"?
That would be two hours of their life that they would never get back.
That call center is a joke.

I'll bet you two shiny nickels they're in TeamCare and three shiny nickels they'll spend less than 15 minutes on the call.
