Charles B agreed to a 20 year suspension from being a Teamster or conducting any business with the Teamsters. He agreed that he was involved in scheme and entered into a sham contract with Rome As Local 853 and the Grand Fund.
He got off easy in return for ratting out other locals he bid rigged. More hofficers will go down for this. RA attorney has until next Thursday to respond in writing to the IRO on why RA is innocent and should be let go with a slap on the wrist.
I hope the IRO expels RA before the Unity Conference begins on May 8th. That would be poetic justice, but if he was to be expelled during the week of the Unity Conference that would also be awesome. That means they'd have to drag the crook out off the conference.
The swearing in of the GEB will be held on Tuesday May 9th at 6pm. It of course would be embarrassing for RA not to be sworn in with rest and instead see Seattle's Rick H be sworn in place of the "honorable" Rome A, haha!

Anyone talking crap about RA is not a real Teamster and is an idiot. RA went above and beyond for his Members in his Local, JC7 and all Members in California. He might of made a mistake, but he never stole money from Members or the Teamsters. Everyone of his Members enjoys great contracts. If RA leaves, we will be losing as a Union.
His voting results showed that people support him.
