Best Work Shoes For Comfort and Durability

I used the search function and could not find relevant info. keep getting results about backpacks and others.

Looking to find out the best work shoes you package folks work with. My current shoes are Timberlands. They are $100 They are very comfortable but do not last as long as I would like.
How often do you get new ones? I imagine you walk more in one week more than I do in a year so I am sure your recommendations would be excellent.
