I gotta question about a bid list I'm a preloader few months short of 21 and a bid list came up i can't sign until I'm 21 right? Read somewhere if I turned 21 in the quarter I could and pretty sure I have seniority over all the one signs so far

No, they just wouldn't award you the bid, if you don't meet the requirements.

Sign every bid sheet. Somebody might fail to qualify or quit. You might be 21 by the time they get to you. Weird stuff happens. People who aren't close to qualified sometimes sign bid sheets just to be funny.

Somehow our Center Manager seems to sign every single bid sheet. I wonder why he would want to be a PT Clerk, Unload Sup, and drive Saturday Air????

21 to take the job. Once you hit 21, you take the next opening in seniority order.

I still walk by our Bid Board frequently to see what is listed. Always sign a bid for any job you are interested in. You can always turn it down if you change your mind. Most of the people who sign our board can't do the job or are disqualified because of traffic tickets, so don't let the number discourage you.
