You really know your gay stuff. My wife and I rented an apartment in Tucson. Turned out the previous tenant was kicked out for selling drugs out of the apartment. We had men knocking on our door from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. looking for him several times a week for the two months we lived there. One morning I was up late watching tv. Went to bed about 3:30 a.m. but couldn't sleep so was looking at my tablet. About 4 I heard a noise at the front door. Figured I better check it out. Switched on the kitchen light next to the front door and immediately noticed the deadbolt turning. The door started opening slowly. I slammed my shoulder into it and heard a black guy cussing his head off. He kept trying to turn the deadbolt. Had a key. It was the previous tenant. Cops came, took my statement and my wife's separately to see if they matched. My neighbor told the cops she was awake and heard the whole thing. If I had gone to sleep there's no telling what might have happened. Of course you'll scoff and laugh and ridicule but I know a bit about what it's like to have someone attempting to break in while you're in bed. We didn't live in a slum. It was an average apartment complex in a nice area. Turned out Tucson doesn't require changing locks when a tenant moves out. We tore up our lease and left. Yeah, nice story bro. Until you've been in such a situation you don't know how you'd react.
