And in 2013 her confirmation to serve as DC Federal District Court Judge in 2013 was UNANAMOUS. BTW when a judge rules on a matter you might not always like it or get everything your own way. My only misgiving about Judge Brown was her short time on the Court of Appeals Then again Scalia died 265 days before the 2020 election which McConnell said was too close to the election to confirm Garland  while RBG's death 46 days before the 2020 election was not too close to confirm Kavanaugh. How do you explain that?</p></blockquote><p></p>
