Yes , I suppose that you could say that he's "winning" but the question going forward is did he do it within the rule of law? That much is still waiting to be settled.Again , he wasn't implicated but at the same time he wasn't absolved . Regulation ended in a tie so now we go to overtime and in the end he might be able to throw up a political Hail Mary and come away the victor but at this point it hasn't even been decided who wins the coin toss.</p></blockquote><p></p>
