Broken Treaties between the US Gov't and the Native American Tribes

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Thursday around 3 million acres of land in eastern Oklahoma, including parts of Tulsa, is considered Native American land.
The area in question is home to around 1.8 million people though only 15% of the population at most is considered Native American.
“The federal government promised the Creek a reservation in perpetuity. Over time, Congress has diminished that reservation. It has sometimes restricted and other times expanded the tribe’s authority. But Congress has never withdrawn the promised reservation.

This is actually a 'Conservative' opinion forcing 'laws' to be changed rather than having the SCOTUS write another law.
Maybe the Congresses can get their proverbial head outta their ass long enough to do their job!

More crap that happened a hundred plus years ago that the taxpayers will have to pay for. Damn- the Indians already have control of all the casino money---that should be enough--they lost the war.

Yankees are still paying the South via tax redistribution and the the South lost the war as well.

All the Congresses have to do is get their proverbial head outta their ass long enough to do their job!

We should have let the South go and keep their slaves-------and built a big friend'ing wall.

I thought the decision was over whether Oklahoma state courts had jurisdiction in a case that should have been tried in a Federal court due to the crime occurring on tribal land(sex offender no less).

Are you advocating another succession?
Returned taxes plus more may not be worth following the liberal dictates of the superior intellect that resides in the Yankee states.
I'm for sending the liberal rejects from the north back home to live in from what they ran.
