I've never seen anyone clean a fish that fast. I just recently got good enough to use an electric fillet knife exclusively saving me a lot of time.

My buddy has a pair of blades for a sawzall for catfish. It is impressive. Little over kill but whatever works

I have a couple of Rapala fillet knives and for the life of me I can't get a great edge on them. When they were new you could shave with them. I like using my Mr. Twister electric knife on bigger fish.

Heading to my "secret" sunfish/crappie lake tomorrow for a 3 day camping trip with the wife and a bunch of her retired DNR friends. They were all game wardens. One even gave me a ticket once years ago. I'm kind of the odd man out on this trip so I like jerking them around for the fun of it.
