We had that issue out in Minny because we only had so many guys in town to cover pickups. Here we could actually benefit from some more. But agreed, there isn't enough communication between the two.

This was hard to see coming 20 years ago. Yes I know many buildings were outdated even without the growth.

The problem is ups just seems to be playing catch up every year. But spending money because your business is growing at a face pace isn't a bad thing.
