How long can I run a line from one??

As long as it's refrigerated I imagine as long as you like. The problem with it not being refrigerated is all that beer will be wasted as it's warm. The beer stays in the line and is under pressure from Co2.

How long can I run a line from one sounds like he wants the keg one place and the tap somewhere else. I've had kegs for over a month and they taste fine. As long as it stays cold I can't see any problems. Then again I get the 1/16 kegs which is 5.5 gallons I believe,that's not going to last me much more than a month or two.If that.

My buddy delivers beer he said about 60 days tops. But it depends on if your beer is pasturized or not. If it's pasturized you could stretch it out more like 4 months under ideal circumstances

I'm pretty sure keg beer is not pasteurized. Like I said mine would never last 60 days.

Most USA beers are not pasturized however most imports are.

Yes. I want the taps to come out of a wall but the kegorator will be behind it in a closet.

The only thing you might want to do is run off the beer that sits in the line or put a seperate shut off at the kegorator

Depends a lot on how far you plan on running the lines. But me personally I'd probably just insulate the lines.
