Depends on how easily accessible the area is. If I could get to it easily I would def do a ball valve at the source.


How many kegs you planning on running? Mostly for parties or every day use or what?

Most USA beers are not pasturized however most imports are.

Yes. I want the taps to come out of a wall but the kegorator will be behind it in a closet.

What could be done to refrigerate the lines? Probably way to expensive.

Running the tap that close to the keg would be fine w/o insulating it. I usually have to let about a 1/4 glass or a tad more of beer run off to avoid too much head(foam) not that too much head is a problem.....only with my beer it is.

There are actually people around here that get paid to scrape up roadkill and take it to a rendering plant.
