Him getting special deals like that is the only way he can make money with all the work he is doing. Its supposed to go on the market the next couple of days. He already had an offer but legally he can't sell it without listing it on the open market first. Something to do with his company and something like insider trading. Of course there are deals being done under the table but they can bend rules and not break them.</blockquote>
