He was different from the letter carrier that delivered the rest of the mail. He wasn't wearing a uniform but drove a rusty old USPS van. The guy was almost totally clueless. He could barely speak English (I think he was west African) and had no idea where he was going. After he handed me my package it took him a couple of minutes to key everything into his scanner. He then spent at least 15 minutes sorting his truck before he pulled away.Then late last night I got an email about there was a problem with my delivery but it would still be delivered. I wonder how bad that guy screwed up yesterday.</blockquote>
