Double malfunction because her Sentinel (a device that automatically deploys your reserve if you fall below a certain altitude at high enough speed) also malfunctioned.I had a minor malfunction once. My shrouds were twisted like a single braid. I was able to spin around to clear them but thought about tossing out my reserve. Since my main chute was open I had time to think about it.
