Crazy part is about 5 years ago there was a big stink about them raising the price of water service in that “city”. Know what they did with the money? Instead of starting to replace the water system, they put these brand new <img src="/community/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/group1/censored2.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":censored2:" title="Censored2    :censored2:" data-shortname=":censored2:" />in signs up in “new town” to make themselves feel relevant. Meanwhile, they’re chasing the problem of the water lines being 100 years old and falling apart around the “city” by using temp fixes to get by.</p></blockquote><p></p>
