If she was combative, one or two officers should have went hands on, at least taken her to the ground, and tied her legs and drug her into the car that way with the strap outside the closed car so she couldn't kick or fall face down (asphyxiate) on the seat. Honestly though, I would rather the officers pepper spray the S* out of someone than keep a knee on the neck until the person dies.</p></blockquote><p></p>
