The union did a lousy job with this probably because ups has been hiring the last couple of years and the thought process has been focused on getting more drivers hired and not what's going to happen when in 5 years old he post office will be handling 50% of ups small 10 lb or less parcels...hell maybe they are already doing that percentage ...who knows...
